But , minutes hand gain 5 minutes in every 60 minutes.So,to be in staright line it should cover $$(15-5)=10 minutes$$ away from 4 O'clock hand.

and in 60 seconds it will gain 55 seconds.

So, They will be in a straight line at 

$$4 O'clock- 10 minutes-55seconds$$

at 3:49:05.
