The given data can be intrepreted as:

Some healthy are tall. This is correct conclusion drawn. Some trees are tall hence even there is a possibility that some trees are not tall so

Some trees are not tall. This is also correct conclusion as apparent from Venn diagram.

Both I and II follow.

Option E is correct.
