The number which is neither prime nor composite is-
3 and 2 are prime numbers because it has only factors 1 and itself.
4 is a composite number because it has more than 2 factors ->1,2,4
1 is neither prime nor composite because the definition of prime, as well as composite, requires them to have at least one factor other than 1.
