(II) The need is created in market about the product and then it is established.

From statement II, as the pollution is rising marketers identified the need of air purifier and created the product air purifier. Hence conclusion I follows the given statements.

Marketers identified the need of air purifier but the need is not created in the market. Hence conclusion II do follow the given statements.
