time taken to pass a man = $$\frac{length\ of\ train}{speed\ of\ train}$$
= $$\frac{200}{\frac{250}{9}}$$
= $$\frac{200\times\ 9}{250}$$
= $$\frac{4\times\ 9}{5}$$
= $$\frac{36}{5}$$
= 7.2 seconds
