From the pie chart it is known that, Percentage of laptops delivered by C2 is 22% and C5 is 13%.
Difference in number of laptops of Companies C2 and C5 is,
$$(\frac{22}{100}\times{3800})-(\frac{13}{100}\times{3800})$$
$$(22\times38)-(13\times38)$$
$$836 - 494$$
