Given : In Triangle ABC, D,E and F are the mid points of sides AB, BC, CA respectively.

As we know that tiangle formed by joining the midpoint of an equilateral triangle is also a equilateral triangle

So, DE=EF=FD=EB=DB

Hence, BEFD is a rhombus.
