For the letters of the English alphabets A, B, ... Z numbered as 1, 2, ... 26 a code is designed by coding the letter with number n by letter c(n) which is defined as under:
$$c(n) = \begin{cases} n+17, for 1 \leq n \leq9 & \\ n -1, for 10 \leq n \leq 18 &\\n-18, for 19 \leq n \leq \end{cases}$$
