(i) Each consonant is coded to its next $$3^{rd}$$ consonant cyclically.
i.e., B is coded as F, F to J,..... X to B, Z to D.....
(ii) Vowels A, E, I, O, U are coded to Vowels as A to U, E to O, I to I, O to E, and U to A.
