Solution
The only common word in all the three statements is 'all' coded as = 'li'.
The common words in the first two statements are 'all' and 'qualify', whose codes are either 'li' or 'ja'
$$\because$$ Code for 'all' is known, thus 'qualify' is coded as = 'ja'
Similarly, in the first and last statements common word except for 'all' is 'aspirants' coded as = 'na'
Thus, words with codes 'ja na' is 'aspirants qualify'
