Riemann-Tiemann reaction introduces a -CHO group in the ortho position and then in the next step Cannizaro reaction takes place which leads to the reduction of benzene ring connected -CHO group and oxidises HCHO to HCOOH. On Hydrolysis the the charges are balanced by adding H and you get Option B  as your products
