I. $$6x^{2}+19x+15=0$$
II. $$3y^{2}+11y+10=0$$

Solution

$$6x^2+19x+15 = 0$$
$$(3x+5)(2x+3) = 0$$
$$x = -\frac{5}{3}, -\frac{3}{2}$$

$$3y^2+11y+10 = 0$$
$$(3y+5)(y+2) = 0$$
$$y = -\frac{5}{3}, -2$$

$$x\geq y$$
