Usage of steel, cement and miscellaneous items in the construction
= $$36^\circ + 72^\circ + 108^\circ = 216^\circ$$
Average usage of the three = $$\frac{216^\circ}{3}=72^\circ$$
$$\therefore$$ Average of percentages of steel, cement and miscellaneous items used in the construction
= $$\frac{72}{360} \times 100 = \frac{100}{5}=20\%$$
