Total audience in 2nd show (in '00 units) = 3+4.5+7 = 14.5
Total audience in 3rd show (in '00 units) = 6+4+7.5 = 17.5
=> % increase = $$\frac{(17.5-14.5)}{14.5}\times100$$
= $$\frac{300}{14.5}=20.69\%$$
