Solution

A vertical mirror is placed, so the circles on the left will appear on the right. Also, the left diagonal will become the right diagonal in the mirror image, and thus first two options are eliminated.

Also, the circle at bottom left will now appear at bottom right, thus the third option is also eliminated.
