Solution

$$LCM\left(5,6,4,3\right)=5\times4\times3=60.$$

So, A number is divisible by 5,6,4 and 3 if only it is in = $$60k\left(where\ k\ \ is\ any\ integer\right)$$ form.

If we put , k=42, $$60k=60\times42=2520.$$

So, A least number $$\left(2520-2497\right)=23\ $$ should be add.
