Question 46

Read the given statements and conclusions carefully. Assuming that the information given in the statements is true, even if it appears to be at variance with commonly known facts, decide which of the given conclusions logically follow(s) from the statements.

Statements:
Some pots are lamps.
All lamps are trees.
No tree is branches.
Conclusions:
I. Some pots are branches.
II. Some trees are lamps.
III. Some branches are lamps.

Here only conclusion two is correct i.e; some portion of trees are lamps. But branches is not at all connected with pots or lamps so other two conclusion are not true.
