Silver medals won by A = $$\frac{3}{5}\times\ 25=15$$
Silver medals won by E = $$\frac{4}{9}\times\ 27\ =\ 12$$

Bronze medals won by D = $$\frac{3}{5}\times\ 20=12$$
Bronze medals won by F = $$\frac{6}{11}\times\ 33\ =\ 18$$
Required ratio = 15+12 : 12+18 = 27:30 = 9:10
