III. No machine is fan.
Some machines are fans and No machine is fan are universally complimentary statements. So, irrespective of the diagram, one of them has to be true and both can't be true at the same time. So, we use "either" and "or". Conclusion 1 is implied as atleast some televisions are always machines.
