Solution

7*2 + 2= 14+2 = 16

16*3 - 3 = 48 - 3 = 45

45*4 + 4 = 180+4 = 184

184*5 - 5 = 920 - 5 = 915.

915*6 + 6 = 5490+ 6 = 5496.

Option B is the right answer.
