A does not live on any of the floors below than D. E and F live on the even numbered floors. Who lives on 5th numbered floor?
E and F live on even numbered floors with 3 people between them. That is possible only if they occupy 2 and 6 floors. Since D is above E, E is not at the top. So, F is on 6 and E on 2. D is on 3. C is below A and A is above D. So, A is on 5.
