N - 14th letter.

Sum = 18+1+9+14 = 42

It is written as 66 or $$42+4\times2\left(4-2+1\right)=66$$

Using the same logic for CLOUD we get

C - 3rd letter

L - 12th letter

O - 15th letter

U - 21st letter

D - 4th letter

Sum = 3+12+15+21+4 = 55

So, it is written as $$55+5\times5\left(5-5+1\right)=80$$

Hence, the answer is 80.
