Question 34

If 11 @ 7 = 2, 18 @ 0 = 9 and 22 @ 20 = 1, then find the value of 16 @ 10 = ?

Solution

Given, 11 @ 7 = 2, 18 @ 0 = 9 and 22 @ 20 = 1

The logic here is

$$\frac{11-7}{2}=2$$

$$\frac{18-0}{2}=9$$

$$\frac{22-20}{2}=1$$

The code value is the half the difference of the given numbers.

Similarly,

$$\frac{16-10}{2}=3$$

$$\therefore\ $$16 @ 10 = 3

Hence, the correct answer is Option D
