I. $$2x^{2}+15x+27=0$$
II. $$2y^{2}+7y+6=0$$

Solution

$$2x^2+15x+27 = 0$$
$$(2x+9)(x+3) = 0$$
$$x = -\frac{9}{2}, -3$$

$$2y^2+7y+6 = 0$$
$$(2y+3)(y+2) = 0$$
$$y = -\frac{3}{2}, -2$$

$$x < y$$
