Volume of a cube is 512 cubic cm, find its total surface area? (Take π = 22/7)

Solution

Let side of cube = $$a$$ cm

=> Volume of cube = $$(a)^3=512$$

=> $$a=\sqrt[3]{512}=8$$ cm

$$\therefore$$ Total surface area of cube = $$6a^2$$

= $$6(8)^2 = 6 \times 64 = 384$$ $$cm^2$$

=> Ans - (C)
