When polynomial $$x^{4}-3x^{2}+2x+5$$ is divided by (x-1), the remainder is
$$f(x)=x^{4}-3x^{3}+2x +5$$
to find the remainder put x=1 in $$f(x)$$
$$f(1)$$=1-3+2+5=5
∴5 is the remainder
