Solution

$$24 \div (19 - 9 \div 3 \times 9) = ?$$

$$=24 \div (19 - 9 \div 3 \times 9) $$

$$=24 \div (19 - 3 \times 9) $$

$$=24 \div (19 - 27) $$

$$=24 \div (-8) $$

$$=-3$$
