$$36 - [18 - \left\{14 - (15 - 4 \div 2 \times 2)\right\}]$$

$$=36 - [18 - \left\{14 - (15 - 4 \right\}]$$

$$=36 - [18 - \left\{14 - 11 \right\}]$$

$$=36 - [18 - \left\{3 \right\}]$$

$$=36 - [15]$$

$$=21$$
