If we consider the numberical value corresponding the Alphabets

R = 18

A = 1

S = 19

C = 3

A = 1

L = 12

-18 + 1 -19 + 3 -1 + 12 = -22

Hence we have to subtract and add alternate alphabets

S = 19

I = 9

M = 13

P = 16

L = 12

E = 5

-19 + 9 - 13 + 16 -12 +5 = -14
