In the figure we can analyse individually for each of the four quadrants of a circle..
Top right quadrant : Exterior circle has {2, 8} .
Interior circle has $$216$$.
$$\rightarrow$$ $$216=6^3=\left|8-2\right|^3$$
Similarly, for top left quadrant : $$64=4^3=\left|7-3\right|^3$$
Similarly, for bottom left quadrant : $$8=2^3=\left|10-8\right|^3$$
Therefore, we can deduce for bottom right quadrant's interior number has to be $$=\left|5-2\right|^3=27$$.
