Solution

A vertical mirror is placed, so the object at the left will appear at the right and vice-versa. So, the right diagonal in the question figure will appear as left diagonal in the mirror image, and thus the last two options are eliminated.

Also, the vertical line will also, change its initial position, so first option is invalid.
