The difference between the length and breadth of a rectangle is 6 metre. The length of rectangle is equal to the side of the square whose area is 729 sq. metre. What is the perimeter of rectangle ? (in metre)
Length of rectangle = Side of square
= $$\sqrt{729} = 27$$ metre
=> Breadth of rectangle = $$27 - 6 = 21$$ meters
$$\therefore$$ Perimeter of rectangle
= $$2 (27 + 21) = 2 \times 48$$
= $$96$$ metre
