Expression = $$\frac{1}{4}\ :\ \frac{1}{8}\ ::\ \frac{2}{3}\ :$$?
The pattern followed is = $$n:\frac{n}{2}$$
Eg :- $$\frac{1}{4}:\frac{1}{4}\times\frac{1}{2}=\frac{1}{4}:\frac{1}{8}$$
Similarly, $$\frac{2}{3}\times\frac{1}{2}=\frac{1}{3}$$
