Ratio of Sourish and his cousin's present age$$= \frac{25}{7}$$

Let x be the number of years after which Sourish's age be 2.5 times that of his cousin

According to question,

$$\frac{25+x}{7+x}=\frac{5}{2}$$

$$50+2x = 35+5x$$

$$3x = 15$$

$$x=5 years$$
