A cat runs 20 metres towards East and turns to right, runs 10 m and turns to right, runs 9 m and turns to left, runs 5 m and turns to left, runs 12 m and finally turns to left and runs 6m. Now, which direction is the cat facing ?
The black dot denotes the initial position of the cat, and the path it followed is mapped out. The arrow head indicates the position of the cat before every turn, and the direction of the arrow head is the direction in which the cat is looking at. Finally we see the arrow head is pointing towards North, which means the cat is facing towards NORTH.
