Let the ages of Aarzoo and Arnav be X and Y respectively.
Hence, $$\frac{X}{Y}=\frac{11}{13}$$
Similarly, $$\frac{X+7}{Y+7}=\frac{20}{23}$$
Solving both the equations, we get $$X=33$$ and $$Y=39$$
So, the difference in ages equals 6
