The values of an educated person will differ from that of an uneducated person.
Assumptions :
I. Education influences an individual’s values.
II. An uneducated person will not have values.

Solution

The statement mentions that the values of an educated person will be different from that of an uneducated person, i.e. education influences someone's value, hence first conclusion follow.

Also, it does not mean that an uneducated person will not have values.

Thus, only assumption I is implicit.
