I. The accident occurred due to bad condition of road.
II. There was a mechanical fault in the car.
It is given that the driver is experienced and efficient. Also, the road was not good, so this might be the cause for the accident, as given in the first conclusion.
Also, there is a also a possibility of a mechanical fault in the car which could have resulted in the accident.
Thus, both the conclusions can be true
