If the above series is re-arranged in the reverse order, series :

16th element from left end = 7
11th element to the left of 7 = B

Method II : Instead of reversing the sequence, we can reverse the direction in question, i.e. we have to find 11th element to the right of 16th element from right end of the original series, answer will come out to B.
