$$\frac{3}{11}<\frac{x}{3} .........( cross multiply)

the answer should be as value of 11x be greater than 9

$$\frac{x}{3} <\frac{7}{11}$$...........(cross multiply)

the answer should be as value of 11x be smaller than 21

so , the only option is x = 1
