Question 18

Find out the two signs to be interchanged for making following equation correct:
$$25 + 5 \times 7 - 12 \div 3 = 26$$

Solution

$$25 + 5 \times 7 - 12 \div 3 = 26$$

After interchanging $$+$$ and $$\div$$

$$25 \div 5 \times 7 - 12 + 3 = 26$$

$$35-12+3=26$$

$$26=26$$
