Courses of action :
I : Government should advise the public to make standby arrangements like generators and inverters.
II: Parents of the students should take out a morcha to the State Electricity Boards in protest against power cuts.

Solution

The given problem is that there are various power cuts in the country during examination time, the proper way to deal with it is to make standby arrangements like generators and inverters. But taking out a morcha is not a legal way to deal the problem as it will create chaos.
