answer for the unsolved equation on that basis.
5 × 8 = 28, 3 × 7 = 12, 8 × 6 = 35, 13 × 13 = ?

Solution

If in a given system 5 × 8 = 28, 3 × 7 = 12, 8 × 6 = 35 then it can be generalized as :
a × b= (a-1)× (b-1).
therefore the value of 13 × 13 will be 12 × 12=144. option D.
