Courses of action
I : The State Government should make it a rule to disallow the students from entering Pubs and Bars.
II : The parents as well as the colleges should impose strict discipline among the college going youth.

Solution

The given statement indicates that drinking and parties are the new trend among college youths. The first action does not follow because such steps from government is against student's freedom. But the second action follows since it is the parents duty to impose discipline among their children.

Thus, only II follows.
