A reaches in 30 minutes, => D reaches in 20 minutes and E takes 10 minutes.
B takes less time than only F, => F takes 60 minutes and B reaches in 50 minutes.
Thus, C reaches office in 40 minutes.
D takes 20 minutes, thus there are 4 people who take more time than D to reach office.
