Find the missing number as per given series in table ?

Solution

In each column, the number at the end is obtained by adding the squares of other two numbers.

Eg :- $$(12)^2+(16)^2=144+256=400$$

$$(13)^2+(17)^2=169+289=458$$

Similarly, $$(11)^2+(x)^2=221$$

=> $$x^2=221-121=100$$

=> $$x=\sqrt{100}=10$$

=> Ans - (A)
