$$x^{3}+27x^{2}+243x+631$$ the following equation is equal to $$(x+9)^3$$ - 98
So using value of x = 2 which is given in question
$$x^{3}+27x^{2}+243x+631$$ = $$(x+9)^3$$ - 90 = $$(11^3)$$ - 98
= 1331 - 98
= 1233
