Seven friends O, P, Q. R, S, T and U are watching a movie sitting in a row. P is sitting at one extreme end. Q is sitting to the immediate left of S. P is sitting second to the right of T. U is not sitting at any extreme end. O is sitting between R and T. Who is sitting in the middle?

Solution

P is sitting at one extreme end and second to the right of T, => P is at extreme right end.

O is sitting between R and T, => O is in the middle of the row and R to its immediate left.

Q is sitting to the immediate left of S, => Q is at extreme left end.

Thus, O is sitting in the middle.
