Solution

$$(\frac{25}{8})\%\ of\ 128=x.$$

or,$$\frac{25}{800}\times\ 128=x.$$

or,$$\frac{1}{8\times4}\times\ 128=x.$$

or,$$x=4.$$

A is correct choice.
