Solution

Let the speed of women be x and that of children be y. Let the piece of work be W.
2x + 10y = W/8
8x = W/6
x = W/48
Hence, we get y= W/120
Speed of 1 child = W/120
Speed of 10 children = W/12
Now time needed for them to complete = W/(W/12) =12days
Therefore, the correct option is B.
